Remember, you have other choices besides fast food. McDonald's and Burger King are not regular, typical American food. My family and I never eat that type of fast food. We eat lots of fruit and vegetables, prepared in my different ways. American food has so many influences, such as Greek, Italian, Latin, and French. There are some amazing options, if you know where to look. I suggest visiting Mariano's supermarket on Halsted and Madison. It has many organic and GMO-free options. They also have yummy packaged food that you may enjoy. However there is nothing like fresh Chilean food!
